A Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor who has been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years. Her enthusiasm and commitment to leading a great and fit life is what keeps her motivating and inspiring clients throughout the years. She teaches Stand-up Paddle board Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Spin Classes, HIIT, Tabata, Circuit Training, Body Toning, and all types of fitness classes to tone the body and burn calories. She teaches classes with no equipment at all, to classes using small apparatus such as the ball, kettle-bells, dumbbells, bosu and more. You can discover and attend her classes at Tina’s Fitness Studio in Parry Sound, Online from anywhere, and in various locations throughout the Caribbean as she travels and holds retreats.
She also provides online and in-person private personal training and yoga sessions.
She promotes living life to the fullest and staying active the whole way through.
Outside of Yoga and Fitness, Tina loves to travel the world, kite-board, and enjoy beautiful beaches.
