Feel free to have drinks at lunch, or not, you are as free as a bee, let loose and have fun, or not, no judgments here.

Feel free to sit out any activities if you are not “feeling it” and you just want some personal time, it’s your vacation, relax & enjoy. The happier you are, the happier we will all be.

(Please note: no refunds on pre-planned activities)

If you happen to meet someone, one night out, feel free to do your thing (waiving all of our responsibilities of course), feel free to meet up with that person and spend time with them during your vacation, we are all about meeting people and having fun, no judgements or obligations here.  Just do you, just be happy.

 

Ways to SAVE money on the trip:

Avoid paying for lunch or snacks by Stocking up on your own snacks and alcohol, I can pre-shop ahead of time for you for a $20 fee.

We are planning on nightly excursions Wednesday to Saturday for music, beach bars, dancing, karaoke, who knows!!

For those who are social and want to get their party on, you will love all the action. For those who just want the relaxation part of the vacation or are conscious of their funds, then skip some of these nightly outings.

Stick with group transportation. If you want to get yourself home on your own, either before or after what is planned, finding a taxi will be sparse and costly, but can be done, most times 🙂

FUN making new friends for life as you soak up the sun and visit the island’s world famous beaches, dine at excellent restaurants and enjoy authentic Caribbean nightlife through your guided program of daily activities.

DO IT YOUR WAY add to your Adventure with one of our optional excursions, Spa or fitness activities – if the beaches, outings and bars are not enough for you.

The Anguilla Fun, Fit & Yoga Retreat is located on the beautiful (my favourite) beach of Meads Bay in the Caribbean. Rendezvous it will be as we practice yoga daily and play by night.

Anguilla is a stunning high-end vacation destination, with over 30 pristine beaches and Tina has worked hard to create a fun, special and affordable experience.  These Retreats can be as busy and active or as relaxing and rejuvenating as you like. It is up to you how you would like to design your retreat time and which activities you would like to do, even the planned outings are flexible but highly recommended, as Tina has visited the Island over 6 times.

There is an itinerary in place of what the week will look like and you can choose to rest and relax on the beach or fill spare time with activities. You can pre-book activities such as diving and kite-lessons or anything your heart desires. The first evening all options will be reviewed.

When you sign-up for a retreat and make your first deposit you will be required to fill out a questionnaire in regards to your health, fitness, goals, interests and expectations.  You will also receive the full weeks itinerary, what to bring & other important information.

The Fun, Fitness and Yoga Retreat is exactly that! It is a retreat where we are going to have some fun (visiting local beach bars, sailing trips, live local music & Wednesday-Saturday nights are planned to be out on the town if you like to get out and Party!) but also stay active throughout the week or relax the week away if that is what your spirit needs.

You will experience first hand how to balance staying fit and still having a blast.

Tina has been an international Trainer for the past 15 years, is a 9-year Yoga Instructor veteran, Certified Health Coach, the owner of Tina's Fitness Studio, and has taken her business Online, providing fitness classes, yoga and 90-Day Mind/Body Transformation Coaching Programs. She loves fitness, yoga, travel, adventure, beautiful beaches, kiteboarding and meeting new people. She loves to “geek-out” on personal growth, life & living your most authentic life. She is a true testament to what she promotes and her retreats are about unleashing your inner spirit, letting go of all the junk that can wear you down in day-to-day life, connecting with your inner child & having fun.
